Returns & Exchanges

Q: What is your return policy?

A: Refunds

We do not offer refunds. Instead, we’ll issue a store credit (gift card) for the item value once your return is received and approved.

Exchanges

Need a different size/colour? We will exchange items within 7 days of delivery, subject to availability.

 

Eligibility

·       Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with tags/packaging intact.

·       Start your request by contacting us at enquires@farfromhere.ae with your order number.

·       The customer will bear the costs of the return shipping.

 

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety, earrings, swimwear bottoms, sale items, gift cards are final sale and can’t be returned or exchanged.

Store Credit (Gift Card)

Once approved, you’ll receive a digital gift card for the item value. The validity of the gift card will be 12 months from the issue date.

 

Damaged or wrong item?

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days.

Q: How do I start a return or exchange?

A: Contact us at enquires@farfromhere.ae with your order number, and our team will send you a prepaid return label. Please note, we do not offer free returns. It is the customers responsibility to bare the shipping costs back to us.
